> SHIPPING A CASE TO UNIQUE
Our standard method of shipping is via UPS 2nd Day Air, or Ground, as applicable. Any other method, such as Next Day Air or Next Day Early A.M. is handled on a case-by-base basis. Unique Dental Group will cover the cost of shipping in BOTH directions.

We provide custom airbills and boxes for you to send your cases to us. Our shipping department will send you airbills on a regular basis. Should you need one immediately, just give us a call at 877.942.2560 and we can email one to you.

For dental offices in Salt Lake County, we offer a local Pick-up and Delivery Service. Please call 877.942.2560 for a pick up.
HOW TO SHIP A CASE TO UNIQUE
1. To send a case, simply call UPS at 800.742.5877 for a pick up (we will provide you with our shipping number).
2. Place impressions in the box and tape securely.
3. Attach the UPS airbill. If you are sending more than one case, please place each case in individual bags and staple the RX to the bag. If using more than one box, tape all boxes together (up to four) and use just ONE airbill for that shipment.
4. You may also schedule your pick up online at ups.com.
