Unique is offering courses from Implantology to Leadership Development. Dr. Stuart Youmans and his Mastermind
Team will coordinate all the dental courses in Unique's new building. The Leadership Institute is located at

Personal Growth Through Leadership Training
The first growth you have in your profession is skill development. Your second area of concentrated growth
is leadership development. Becoming an effective leader in your business and to your team is a powerful tool.
Patricia teaches a method of leadership called Beyond Aesthetics Leadership training. The class is restricted
to 10 students, and it is a two-day course. Training will consist of 4 areas: Personality, Organization,
Presentation, and Mediation.
Unique is scheduling a leadership course presented by Patricia Godwin, MSW, LCSW this fall
